What an amazing journey the last year has been…
When New River Brands purchased Blue Smoke Salsa one year ago, the team’s top priority was to bring back the brand’s founder — Robin Hildebrand — as a consultant and ambassador.
Thankfully, Robin agreed to come back to where she always belonged — with the product she first started making in her Fayette County home 30 years ago.
With Robin AND her original recipes back with Blue Smoke Salsa, the support we have received from fans of the product (both old and new) has been overwhelming.
For Robin and our entire team, there couldn’t have been a better way to end this incredible first year together than to find out that we are a finalist for WV Living Magazine’s Best of West Virginia 2023 awards as Best WV Made Food Product.
