Three legends of the West Virginia food and cuisine scene got together this week to make some final recipe tweaks and plan for the first production run of Blue Smoke Salsa’s new Gourmet Series.
In a few short weeks, these three will be back together again producing the first batches of our Cherry Chipotle, Blueberry Jalapeño, and Pineapple Habanero salsas at Oliverio Peppers in Clarksburg.
